1.What is the duration of a consultation?
On average, consultations last 1 hour. However, the duration can be adjusted depending on the complexity of the case.
2. What types of consultations are available?
To better meet your needs, consultations can be conducted in the following formats:
- In-person, at our office in Carcavelos, in a private and confidential setting.
- Remote consultation, via Google Meet.

4. What is the cost of a consultation?
The consultation fee is €60 (VAT included).
5. How do I make the payment?
When your appointment is confirmed, you will receive payment instructions, which must be completed at least 48h before the scheduled date.
Failure to pay within this time frame will result in the automatic cancellation of the consultation.
6. How are the service fees presented?
The fees will be discussed during the consultation, after a thorough analysis of your case. Additionally, a follow-up will be provided after the consultation, outlining the agreed fees for the requested services.
7. Can I get an estimate of the fees?
If you would like an initial idea of the costs, you can request an estimate through the form.
Please note that the values provided are estimates and may vary based on the complexity of your case.
8. Something came up and I cannot attend the consultation? Can I reschedule or cancel?
If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule your consultation, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations with, at least, a 24 hours notice will be eligible for a refund of the paid amount.
9. What happens if I don’t attend the consultation and don’t notify in advance?
Legal consultations require preparation, so if you fail to attend without prior notice, the amount paid will be retained.
If you wish to schedule a new consultation, you will need to make a new payment.
